Our Autism Awareness Pendant is made of Sterling Silver and displays your pearl on a drill set cap that is dangled on top of a an Autism Awareness Sterling Silver puzzle piece. This pendant comes with a 16" Sterling Silver box chain, or you may choose to upgrade to a 18", 20", 22" adjustable or 24" chain.
